■Features
  1. As system slots, there are 2 types, namely, one with slots configured on the right side and the other with slots configured on the left side, as viewed from the front side. As the number of slots, there are 6 types, namely, 1 to 4, 6 and 8.
  2. All signal lines are arranged in the inner layer and the characteristic impedance is set to 65Ω.
  3. The power supply for I/O buffer (V I/O) can be set to a supply of +5V or +3.3V according to the system.
  4. Geographical addresses are set in binary on the backplane (P2, A22 to E22).
  5. The INT A, B, C and D routing is compatible with most of the standard BIOS.
  6. This backplane can be operated for most existing CPU boards of PICMG REV1.0.
  7. A backplane with an optional shot key diode array board (650-STB01) for 8 slots is also prepared.

Shot Key Diode Array Board

■Features
  1. This is an option part for the 8-slot backplane and mounted on the rear face of the last slot.
  2. A high-speed shot key barrier diode array is mounted as a countermeasure against reflected noise of the bus line. The undershoot/overshoot waveform with a light load capacity of the bus line is clamped.
